Nuver Digital ("we", "us") is an ecommerce paid ads agency based in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through nuver.com.au, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number, brand name or website, monthly revenue band and your message, plus anything else you choose to send us by email.
• When you browse the site: technical information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser type, approximate location and IP address. This is collected by cookies and similar technologies (see below).

We don't ask for sensitive information, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about working together.
• To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
• To measure and improve our own advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited the site.

We won't sell your personal information. If we email you about our services, you can opt out at any time.

Cookies, the Meta pixel and Google Analytics

The site uses the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms) and Google Analytics (Google). They use cookies and similar technologies to record visits and actions, such as sending the contact form, so we can measure our ads and build audiences for them on Facebook and Instagram. Meta and Google may combine this with other information they hold about you, under their own privacy policies.

You can control this by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser, changing your Facebook ad preferences, or installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site still works without these cookies.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

• Netlify hosts the website and receives contact form submissions.
• Google (Google Workspace for email, Google Analytics).
• Meta (Meta pixel).

These providers store data overseas, mainly in the United States. We use reputable providers with their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How we keep it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls on our accounts. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them for the purposes above, then delete them.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@nuver.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll work with you to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
