Since 2025We run Facebook and Instagram ads for ecommerce brands. We test new ads consistently, scale the winners without wearing them out, and make the creative that keeps it going. Every campaign is tracked against your Shopify sales and judged on your real margins.
A simple account where testing and scaling each have a clear job, so your budget isn't split across campaigns competing with each other.
New, genuinely different concepts tested on a steady rhythm, weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your account.
Proven winners are scaled at a pace the numbers can carry, so campaigns stay stable and keep growing.
Statics, video and UGC from our own team, built from research into what your customers say.
Tracking and a live dashboard checked against your Shopify sales, so decisions are made on real orders and margins.
Promotions and product drops get their own plan, from the offer through to launch day.
Meta is where most of our clients’ growth has come from. We build every account around your goals and margins, so you can spend more without the numbers falling over.
Ecommerce brands that sell online, usually on Shopify, and want Meta to be a steady source of new customers rather than a channel that swings between good and bad weeks.
It suits founders and marketing teams who want to hand the ads to people who take full ownership of performance and work with them day in and day out. We’re based in Sydney and work with brands around the world, including Australia, New Zealand, the US, the UK, Europe and Canada. Our founder, Manu Verma, has been doing this for close to a decade across 300+ brands, a good number of them scaled past $1M a month.
The process doesn’t change with your budget, only how much you can test at once. If you’re working with less, start with scaling Meta ads on a small budget. Subscription brands get a version built around new and lapsed customers: see Meta ads structure for subscription brands.
Ads Manager is an optimisation tool, not an attribution tool. It counts a lot of view-through conversions, and it can only credit each sale to one ad, while most customers see several ads, and touch several channels, before they buy.
So we read performance through first-party data tracking and attribution and Shopify’s own UTM data, split new customers from returning ones, and judge every campaign on your real margins. For Slickhair, that meant managing the account to profit rather than platform ROAS, so spend only grew where it made the brand money. Read the Slickhair case study.
Most customers click more than one ad before they buy, often over several days and on more than one channel. We match each order back to every paid click that led to it, so we can see which ads bring new people in, which ones close the sale, and which help along the way.
That changes the decisions. An ad that rarely gets the last click can still be the one starting most journeys, and a sale Ads Manager credits to Meta may have been closed by a Google search or a TikTok click. Reading the whole journey stops the right ads getting switched off and the wrong ones getting the budget. More on how it works in tracking and attribution.
A good structure only performs as well as what you feed it. Since Meta’s Andromeda update, ads that look alike get grouped together, so 20 versions of the same static count as roughly one ad.
Every batch is built for real variety: different messages, different people and different formats, across creator UGC, founder-led content and your own product footage. The ideas come from customer research into who buys and why, and our own team produces the statics, video and UGC through our creative production service, so you don’t need a separate creative agency.
Every brand below is still a client.
We’re a small team by design, so every brand gets proper attention. We go deep on your product, margins, messaging and creative, not just the campaigns.
Sales and launches get their own plan. For IMBER, we built a 4,100-person waitlist for its advent calendar, and the launch brought the brand’s biggest day and biggest month ever.
You won’t have to chase us. We reply within one business day and report on what changed, why, and what it did to the results. Meta also works best alongside the rest of your marketing, so we run Google Ads and tracking and attribution too.

Since 2023
Since 2023Ideally, enough for around 50 conversions a week, which is your CPA times 7, per day. At a $30 CPA that's $210 per day, and at a $50 CPA it's $350 per day. If you're just starting out, $100 per day is the lowest that gives you useful data, as long as your product sells for less than that. The budget changes how much you can test at once, not the process.
Yes. We're based in Sydney and work with brands around the world, including Australia, New Zealand, the US, the UK, Europe and Canada. Several of our clients run Meta ads in more than one market, including Jack Stillman, which we took from Australia into the UK, and EHPlabs, across its online stores in Australia, the US, the UK and Canada.
Yes. Our designers and editors produce statics and video, and we write the copy in your brand voice. We source and brief creators when you need them, and if you already have footage, we turn it into ads ready to test. The ideas come from research into what your customers are already saying.
We don't rely on Ads Manager alone. It counts a lot of view-through conversions, and it can only credit a sale to one ad, when most customers see several ads before they buy. We set up first-party data tracking and attribution, check it against your Shopify sales, look at new customers separately from returning ones, and judge every campaign on your real margins.
We reply within one business day, usually sooner, and you get clear reporting every week on what changed, why, and what it did to the results.
Tell us about your brand and where you want to take it. We'll look at your ads and your numbers, and come back with where we'd start.
